AI user share
Google's AI features
Google's AI answers appear inside Google Search, so visit and referral counts cannot separate them from search. They are shown by size instead of share.

Method
Each engine's share is the weighted mean of the sources that report it, scaled so all engines sum to 100%. A source that counts visits or referrals weighs 1; a survey of who uses each assistant weighs 0.5, after its answers are turned into shares. A source's weight halves every 6 months before the newest source. A traffic source that accounts for all traffic counts an engine it does not list as 0%.
The sources count different things: visits, referrals and survey answers. App use that never sends a visitor is not in the traffic figures. Read the share as a combined estimate, not a census.
