Overfront Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Estaluna, Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates Overfront : the browser extension, the website theoverfront.com, and the console at app.theoverfront.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Accounts
The extension works without an account. The console needs one. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Free use and paid plans
Part of the Service is free, within the limits shown in the product. Paid plans are priced by the number of domains you track, as listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. A plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time in the console. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops renewing. We do not give refunds or credits for partial periods. If a payment fails, we may pause scheduled measurement after a grace period. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
What the scores mean
Scores and recommendations come from questions we ask AI engines and from public pages. AI answers change from one day and one question to the next, so results are estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise any ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome, and the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AI engines it measures.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law or anyone's rights, to overload or attack it, to get around its limits or quotas (for example with many anonymous identifiers or accounts), to resell its data without our written permission, or to reverse engineer its servers. Track only domains you are entitled to analyze; public information about competitors is fine.
Your data and ours
The privacy policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Domain-level measurements are shared between all users and may be published in aggregate, as the benchmark describes. The Service, its software, and its content belong to us. You keep the rights to anything you give us, and allow us to use it to run the Service.
Changes and suspension
We may change, add, or remove features. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published at this address with an updated effective date. For a material change, we will also tell account holders by email or in the console before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
